Complete renovation of residential garden combining premium artificial turf with design paths in tile and resin-stabilized gravel, creating a functional and aesthetically refined space in just 2 days.
The owners of this home in Montornès del Vallès were looking for a definitive solution for their garden. The space lacked defined circulation and maintaining the existing terrain consumed too much time and resources.
The challenge was creating a visually attractive garden that integrated functional paths to connect different areas of the plot, respecting the existing magnolia as a central element and harmonizing with the pool and already established perimeter vegetation.
We designed an intervention combining three key elements: high-end artificial turf, paths with personality and special treatment for the existing tree.
We installed high-density synthetic turf on a leveled and compacted base, achieving a uniform surface that flows naturally around the central magnolia and visually connects the entire space.
The two paths were executed with rectangular gray concrete tiles, separated by strips of epoxy resin-fixed gravel. This system offers the aesthetics of loose aggregate but without the drawbacks: the gravel doesn't shift, doesn't mix with the turf and allows comfortable transit even barefoot.
For the magnolia we built a square masonry tree well finished with white river stones, creating an elegant frame that protects the trunk from contact with artificial turf and facilitates tree irrigation.
Premium natural-look fiber resistant to traffic and solar radiation
Mixed system combining concrete solidity with stabilized aggregate warmth
Masonry surround with river stones framing and protecting the central magnolia
Precise edges against perimeter hedge, palms and decorative rockery
Complete garden transformation in just 2 work days
Two functional routes connecting entrance, garden and pool area
